Feather’s Crafts: The Flower Pot Bag

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to 2017! So as promised, here’s my first post of the year! It’ll be the first of many craft posts dedicated to crochet and its many inspiring patterns, which you can do yourself! You just need a little bit of patience, yarn and a needle.

This particular pattern, is actually my own design and I only recently put down it down on paper, because I wanted to share it with you guys. So, if you don’t want to buy the already handmade bags (which will come in a pack of three), you can make it yourself, that is if you already know how to crochet. I suspect, in the near future, I’ll be making a post or several posts that are dedicated to the basics of crochet, depending on my mood.

Now, let’s get on with it, shall we?

The Flower Pot Bag

I made this bag when I was 19, as a holder for the mini chocolates I was going to give to my teachers, for my final year at school. It’s a small bag, so it won’t hold much, but it’s very useful. For example, you could use it for potpourri, or sewing threads and other small knick-knacks, it’s very handy.

As I mentioned before, the bags will be up for sale once I’ve figured out how to set up this small venture. For now, if you’d like to take a whack at the pattern, I suggest you click the link below. It will be the first of many.

Well that’s it. I hope you guys like this new pattern, I’ll try to make more, and probably something a little bit more useful than a tiny bag. I look forward to this year, and I hope you guys are too! Happy New Year guys! I’ll see you next week!
