Feather’s Fashion: Scrub The Day Away

Hello Everyone!

So, with new pattern ideas put on hold, and no recipes tried out for the last couple of weeks, let’s look at beauty. As the title suggests, I’ll be talking about body scrubs. I’ll be listing my top three scrubs, and why I like them. If you use scrubs every other day, like I do, here are my suggestions for what you could use.

1. The Ritual of Dao Scrub – Rituals

This is a great everyday scrub, especially if it’s partnered with its foaming body wash. Your skin will be soft and silky by the end of your shower, and if you have the body butter to top it off, I’m pretty sure you’ll be smooth for the rest of the day.

2. The Fortune Scrub – Rituals

If you love citrus this scrub is great for you. The sweet orange and cedar wood fragrance will leave you feeling like you’ve just left the spa. After a hot shower, with that same fragrance still lingering in the air, you’d probably never want to leave your bathroom, since that spa feeling won’t leave until you do.

3. The Ocean Salt – Lush

I personally love this scrub. Lately I’ve been having a Lush craze. I love their bath bombs (which I will be doing a review and a top five list on), I’m starting to love their face masks, and I am currently using their scrub. I do love the fresh scent of the lime and grapefruit, and despite the after-burn of the salt, I feel super clean! If you want to feel like the dirt of the day has been washed off, this is the perfect scrub.

Sorry for the short post, but with projects still on hold, and with shoots coming up, I don’t really have the inspiration do anything other than beauty posts. Well, that’s it for now. I’ll see you guys next time. Don’t forget to leave a tip in the jar below!
